The information from this enquiry form is sent to sales@icb.uk.com where it gets processed by a member of Sales Marketing Team. Often the information you have requested involves our products and services.

At the point in which you are about to send us your enquiry we ask if you would like to ‘opt in’ to receiving future marketing correspondence from us regarding our products and services. We list our products and services in order for you to select which are of most interest to you. If you opt in, you may be added to our marketing list, which is used for correspondence and newsletters. If you consent to receive marketing, you may ‘opt out’ at a later date.

o Enquiries

We will collect personal data over the phone if it is directly provided to us by you enquiring about our products and services, e.g. your e-mail address, name, home or work address and telephone number. The information will be recorded and stored within our CRM system following your verbal agreement.

o Orders

When you request goods and/or services from ICB we will need to establish who is placing the order, the payment method and where the products are to be delivered. When booking deliveries from our facilities the couriers require details of a site contact in the event of any issue with the delivery. For this reason, we provide them with a name, telephone number as well as the site address. If you make the payment over the phone your card details consisting of your card number, expiry date and security code will be required. All details relating to orders including payments are very safe and secure here at our ICB head office in Poole.

On some occasions, direct orders with our suppliers will be required and the products will be delivered to you directly from them. This means that we need to provide our suppliers with your details. There are separate forms for bespoke orders, which are sent directly from our external suppliers.

With orders relating to ICB (Projects) Ltd, we retain information for at least 5 years following completion of a project. This is to be used internally should the need arise to refer back to the details. For individual customers receiving Solar PV directly for domestic purposes, ICB (Projects) Ltd will share some of your details with QANW in order for them to hold the deposit.

o Approved Contractors

The first stage of becoming an approved contractor is the contractor assessment which needs to be carried out by Regional Technical Manager/Technical Sales Manager. It involves gathering information about you/your company.

Once approved, you may wish to open a credit account with us. If so, we ask you to complete an application for a credit account, which includes a request for two referee contacts. The privacy notice within the form clearly states why the information is required and how we safely and securely store the information.

o Training courses

In order to book training courses, we require applicants’ details. After successful completion of one of our ICB training courses we then ask for further details from the operatives, such as contact numbers, home address, email address and NI number.
