Em-Vent is a high-performance flat-roof smoke vent, fully certified to BS EN12101-2 and designed for commercial, leisure, retail and residential developments and refurbishments. Em-Vent electrically operated smoke vents open to 160° in under 60 seconds, releasing smoke and heat fast to keep stairwells, corridors and escape routes clear.
